Cancellation Policy - Change of Residence Duration

We know that there are cases of emergencies and things doesn’t always work as planned. We will try our best to find another booking to fill the space and give a full refund in such emergencies. In the case that we are unable to find one, then the below rules apply.

ln case of cancellation 30 days before arrival the deposit is paid back to the customer. For any cancellation less than 30 days before arrival the full deposit is charged. In case of cancellation during the stay, a 50% compensation of the remaining days originally agreed is due and payable by the customer.

A minimum stay is 3 days for a valid booking. If you want to combine the dates with plane, boat tickets etc we will be happy to help you find the best option.
Well behaved pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.
